World's Most Active Investors
in Ukrainian startups
Winners will be chosen by numbers of confirmed investments made into startups with Ukrainian roots in 2019-2020.
Why it is important
An entrepreneur is not a popular role model for young people in Ukraine. Yet!

We need to promote and celebrate entrepreneurial mindset and creative business culture.

In Ukraine, we feel a lack of local investors in startups.

We need to promote and stimulate global investors to look closer at Ukraine and to make startup investments more attractive to wealthy people.
Less than 20% of top-100 Ukrainian corporations have experience of cooperation with startups.

The local market needs more corporations, open for innovation and partnerships with startups and scaleups.
In Ukraine, only 22% of entrepreneurs in tech are women.

The Project will highlight the importance of diversity in the workplace, focus on narrowing the gender gap and also recognize the achievements of women working to drive IT excellence, innovation, leadership and success in the tech industry.
